*Annex rooms 1&2 and 3&4 can adjoin through a shared bathroom for $135 per night. Only 2 rooms are available if not adjoining (1 or 2 & 3 or 4). These rooms are rented on an adjoining only basis during holiday weekends.
**All prices are for 2 people per room, add $15 per additional person. For holidays, rooms are +$10 per night. Holidays are the following (Fri-Sun) weekends : Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Christmas, and New Year's. Rooms are discounted $5-$10 per night for stays of 3 nights or longer.
